Get to Know You
Click on the “Design Now” button on the main page to start your journey. This action provides our team with some basic information to get started.
Planning/Research Fees
Your itineraries are curated and customized to fit your needs. The below pricing model is the starting price for travelers by type. The fees are assessed on a per destination basis. Additional fees may be assessed based on the complexity of your desired travel. Travel itineraries exclude flights. If you would like to include flights they can be added for an extra fee per ticket.

Trip Questionnaire and Initial Consultation
The Trip Questionnaire provides our team with more details about your trip and what is most important to you. Here, you will schedule your first consultation session. You can choose to meet face-to-face via Google Meet for a personal experience, or over the phone.
Getting Closer
Getting Closer is when we present the draft proposal for your trip. We also have our second consultation. This can occur via Google Meet or phone call.

You’re ready to go! We provide you with the official proposal ananswer any final questions you may have.
