3. Research and Planning Fees
   • All research and planning fees are non-refundable. Payment is required prior to consultation.
4. Client Information
   • We may need to collect personal information from clients, including family members under 13 years of age, for ticketing and booking purposes. By providing this information, you consent to its use for these purposes.
   • The client is responsible for providing accurate, legal traveler information.
5. Booking and Payments
   • All bookings are subject to availability.
   • Partial payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking.
   • Typically payment in full is required to secure your itinerary.
   • Payments will be made via online payment using a customized link provided to the client.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
   • Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the cancellation policies of the service providers.
   • All research and planning fees are non-refundable.
   • Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the policies of the service providers and may include penalties or fees.
7. Travel Protection
   • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, inclement weather, and lost luggage, etc…
   • Isander LLC is not responsible for any losses incurred due to lack of travel insurance.
8. Accommodations
   • Accommodations are subject to availability and may vary based on the destination and travel dates.
   • We strive to provide accurate descriptions of accommodations, but we are not responsible for any discrepancies or changes made by the service providers.
9. Currency Fluctuations
   • Prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations.
   • Any additional costs resulting from currency fluctuations are the responsibility of the client.
10. Acknowledgment of Risk and Behavior
    • Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, and loss of personal property.
    • Clients are expected to behave responsibly and follow the laws and customs of the destination(s).
    • Isander LLC is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from client behavior or failure to follow instructions.
11. Limitation of Liability
    • Isander LLC is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property in connection with any service provided by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to accommodations, transportation, and activities.
    • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
    • Isander LLC does not provide legal advice or representation. You are encouraged to consult your attorney should you require any legal consultation prior to, during, and after your journey.
